iPadOS Dark-Mode support

QuickPlan implemented the dark theme to support displaying the outline list and Gantt chart in the dark-mode before iPadOS 13.0. QuickPlan for the iPad version 10.6 starts to support the iPadOS 13 dark-mode fully.

For the devices running iPadOS 13 or later, QuickPlan supports the iPadOS dark-mode fully, and we can customize the app's appearance.
For the devices running iPadOS 12 or before, QuickPlan continues to support the dark theme.
